📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ engineers • Own end-to-end delivery of AI features • Provide technical leadership across LLM systems • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data Science, Research, and Operations • Establish engineering excellence: code quality and security best practices • Hire exceptional talent and create career growth paths • Measure business impact via instrumentation and A/B testing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience • 4+ years directly managing software engineers • Track record leading teams of 8+ engineers • Hands-on experience building ML/AI-powered product experiences • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java) • Experience designing and scaling services with SLOs • Practical experience with A/B testing • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
