• Lead the design and execution of AI-powered consumer and enterprise experiences • Create and iterate on a consumer-facing AI agent • Partner with platforms to develop connector agents • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams • Create scalable design systems emphasizing AI transparency, trust, and explainability • Lead user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis
🎯 Requirements
• 6–8+ years of product design experience • 2+ years of specialized experience designing for AI systems • Proficiency with Figma and rapid prototyping tools • Demonstrated success collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/ML teams • Fluency in conducting usability studies • Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders
