📋 Description

• Transform how people engage with affordability at scale • Bridge the gap between business goals and user experiences focusing on payments, offers, and loyalty • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design holistic product flows • Tackle challenges balancing needs of customers, retailers, and brands • Build flexible systems for promotions and innovative payment integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, user research, and systems thinking • Proven ability to create seamless and scalable design systems for diverse surfaces (web, mobile apps, white-label platforms) • Experience designing for savings-focused products like discounts, promotions, loyalty memberships, or payment workflows • Mastery of user-centric design processes from concept ideation to delivering final developer-ready assets • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex design ideas to diverse stakeholders • A track record of working in ambiguous spaces and bringing clarity through design strategy and thoughtful execution
