• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the US staffing business • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across multiple industries and regions • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals • Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and staffing demands to inform strategic decisions • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to executive leadership • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership within staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions • Strong understanding of US staffing industry, market dynamics, and client needs • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset • Preferred: Experience with enterprise staffing solutions and large-scale recruitment projects • Established network of clients and candidates in the US staffing market
