📋 Description

• Actively participate in the program’s technical and behavioral training, courses, mentoring sessions, and practical activities • Develop applications and features in training projects under the guidance of experienced professionals, building skills in front-end, back-end, and systems integration • Design and execute tests, analyze failures, and develop automation, with a focus on software quality • Learn and apply version control, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and development environment management practices • Participate in planning, delivery tracking, and review activities, applying agile practices and SAFe concepts used by the teams • Document solutions, share knowledge, and communicate progress, challenges, and support needs • Apply feedback received and take ownership of your professional development and agreed deliverables • Learn to use artificial intelligence tools to support development, testing, and learning, following security and confidentiality guidelines and verifying the quality of the results • Develop communication and collaboration skills in English for working in an international environment

🎯 Requirements

• Be a recent graduate or currently in the final year of a degree program, with graduation expected by June 2027, in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Knowledge of programming logic, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Basic knowledge of version control with Git • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries • Interest in developing skills in full-stack development, software testing, automation, and DevOps • Advanced English required, with the ability to read and produce documentation, understand conversations, and actively participate in meetings and technical discussions • Software development experience gained through an internship, employment, undergraduate research, or academic and personal projects • Experience with AI tools applied to programming, with the ability to understand, review, and validate generated results • Knowledge of Java and web application development • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and REST API integration • Basic knowledge of software testing and automated testing • Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and CI/CD concepts • Exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
