📋 Description

• Perform project requirements gathering to inform project planning • Define project responsibilities and stakeholder accountability across the project lifecycle • Create project charter documentation for internal and external stakeholders • Prepare project schedules and resource assignments • Identify project risks and create mitigation plans • Coordinate project communication plans and status updates • Manage client and internal resource expectations • Create and maintain documentation for project deliverables • Coordinate resource allocation with leadership • Coordinate with subject matter experts and escalation points to remove blockers and mitigate risks • Orchestrate services delivery involving third parties • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs according to change management processes • Apply project controls to ensure on-time and within-budget professional services delivery • Build and maintain project plans and templates in project management tools • Obtain customer acceptance for project deliverables • Complete project documentation and conduct internal retrospectives • Consult customers on SSO integrations, data integrations, roles and permissions, LTI applications, and account hierarchies for SaaS platforms • Consult customers on content migration from third-party learning platforms and develop migration plans • Identify and design AI use cases to increase customer time to value and internal efficiency • Build and maintain technical documentation for integrations and implementation systems • Advise on JavaScript and CSS customization of Instructure products • Scope and recommend technical solutions by gathering technical and functional requirements • Guide customers on leveraging Instructure product APIs • Tailor communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Research client needs to support service customization, consulting growth, and improved customer experience • Identify additional support, training, or consulting needs • Participate in team projects supporting team goals and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to confidently and effectively manage external stakeholders for project delivery • Experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical solutions in ecosystems involving SaaS applications • Familiarity with multiple identity provider authentication systems • Experience with APIs and understanding of how they integrate multiple applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to determine priorities based on timeline and business value • Ability to use web conferencing technologies and web-based tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar • Experience with one or more programming languages preferred as exceptional experience • Working knowledge of technology deployment strategies and best practices, especially in an educational context preferred as exceptional experience • Experience building custom reports and data visualizations and helping customers interpret their data preferred as exceptional experience • Must pass a background check • Must complete identity verification measures and provide legal name, current physical location, valid contact number, and residential address as required by local data privacy laws
