📋 Description

• Deliver virtual clinical initiations and customer training for the Omnipod insulin management system • Provide education, onboarding, ongoing clinical support, and product conversions • Train customers on Personal Diabetes Manager settings or setting changes • Assist with Diabetes Management Software setup and calibrate medical device components supporting automated blood glucose management • Communicate Pod start diary availability through an online calendar tool • Support Customer Care with frequent-flyer troubleshooting and escalated customer cases • Support territories with high clinical demand and record training completion in Salesforce • Provide field feedback to the manager on field-based training of customers and healthcare professionals • Perform administrative duties and other assigned duties • Handle escalated contacts involving medical events, repeat product issues, PDM settings, and Continuous Glucose Monitoring systems • Follow standardized workflows, document customer interactions in the CRM system, and meet departmental service levels • Proactively manage customer relationships • Promote insulin pump therapy benefits and provide continuous customer education • Collaborate with Product Support, Clinical Business, Customer Care, and Commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role • Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications are mandatory, such as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN) • Highly competent in virtual communication computer systems such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx • Experience training and/or managing pump patients strongly preferred • Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or similar local equivalent strongly preferred • Prior industry/commercial experience strongly preferred • Self-starter requiring minimal direction and able to respond rapidly to changing circumstances • Professional and polished presentation skills • Strong interpersonal communication skills, oral and written • High proficiency with computers • Ability to attend Insulet internal clinical or sales meetings may be required • Ability to handle some lifting when sending or receiving shipments, handling samples, supplies or literature, and transporting a laptop computer
