📋 Description

• Contact prospective clients who have previously requested quotes. • Reach out to former clients to earn back their business. • Offer bundled insurance quotes to existing customers with only Home or Auto insurance. • Gather all necessary information for accurate insurance quotes. • Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system. • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified opportunities to licensed insurance agents. • Follow up with prospects and clients as directed. • Maintain detailed notes of all conversations and activities. • Meet daily outbound call, lead generation, and appointment-setting goals. • Build positive relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to build rapport and overcome objections professionally. • Basic computer skills and experience working with CRM software. • Ability to multitask and accurately document conversations. • Bilingual (English plus Ukrainian, Romanian or Russian) is a strong advantage.
