📋 Description

• Create a high-energy, supportive environment where agents feel empowered to grow. • Monitor, analyze and report weekly sales performance by agent, trends, and conversion metrics. • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new agents while supporting their career launch through licensing, mentorship, and structured onboarding programs. • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality, expand lead flow, and target high-potential markets. • Deliver ongoing training on products, tools, and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass background-check • 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, required. Active P&C license • 3+ years of sales management experience, required • Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills) • PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a mustHigher education is a plus • Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must • Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
