📋 Description

• Take full ownership of marketing for Insurgo and build it from the ground up • Work closely with the executive team, Product Management, and Sales • Shape the marketing function independently and report directly to the Managing Director • Develop positioning and core messaging • Understand the day-to-day work of insurance brokers and translate it into market-relevant communications • Write website content, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, and LinkedIn content independently • Increase visibility on Google and in AI systems such as ChatGPT and Claude • Expand the inbound channel and provide Sales with qualified leads • Develop value-based messaging, particularly around replacing software subscriptions and reducing costs for brokerage firms • Communicate value rather than competing on discounts

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or with another complex product requiring explanation • Experience developing positioning • Native-level German proficiency • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing, as well as improving content discoverability in AI systems • Self-organized, results-oriented work style with a strong hands-on mentality • Experience managing agencies or freelancers • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage • Residence in Germany • Existing work authorization • Include a work sample and salary expectations with your application • State your earliest possible start date
