📋 Description

• Lead hands-on customer Proof of Value engagements, architectural demonstrations, and pilot evaluations • Architect, deploy, and maintain physical and virtual networking labs simulating complex enterprise branch, edge, and retail topologies • Test product behavior, interoperability, and real-world scale • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve L2/L3 networking escalations, segmentation challenges, and packet-level anomalies • Serve as the technical escalation bridge between field teams and core engineering • Author deployment runbooks, reference architectures, white papers, competitive test plans, and solution briefs • Create and deliver technical training, interactive workshops, and webinars for Systems Engineers, professional services, and channel partner architects • Accelerate enterprise deal closure, deployment self-sufficiency, and customer adoption of Zero Trust Branch solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical marketing, solutions architecture, or advanced systems engineering • Deep expertise in enterprise routing, switching, TCP/IP, L2/L3 network segmentation, and tunneling protocols including WireGuard, IPsec, and VxLAN • Proven track record leading and winning hands-on customer Proof of Value pilots and executive architectural evaluations • Proficiency building and maintaining multi-vendor physical and virtual network lab topologies • Experience with bare-metal appliances, ESXi, KVM, EVE-NG, and GNS3 • Advanced packet analysis and troubleshooting using Wireshark, tcpdump, and traffic generation tools • Experience diagnosing routing anomalies, latency/jitter, MTU issues, and NAT/firewall traversal • Track record authoring production-grade technical collateral and delivering technical enablement sessions • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies into workflows • Preferred: practical experience with Python, Bash, infrastructure-as-code, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs, public cloud networking, Docker, Kubernetes, networking/security certifications, or retail/IoT/OT/cellular WAN/5G failover deployments
