• Manage Integra’s Neurosurgery product line within an assigned territory • Lead strategic sales, business development, and customer relationship management • Spend approximately 90% of time in the Operating Room providing clinical and technical support • Develop customer plans, including sales planning and forecasting • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution • Develop and manage key hospital accounts and build long-term partnerships • Expand market presence by identifying and securing hospitals and neurosurgical centers • Educate customers on product applications and clinical benefits • Support surgical procedures as a consultant to physicians and surgical staff • Lead contract negotiations and project management for large-scale hospital agreements • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and training teams to drive regional growth • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required • Business or science-related degree preferred • Minimum 5-10 years experience in business-to-business sales or similar • 5 years surgical device or other medical sales preferred • Proven track record in Key Account Management and hospital contract negotiations • Strong network within hospital leadership, neurosurgeons, and OR staff • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset • Advanced negotiation and communication skills, especially with hospital executives and physicians • Leadership and mentoring experience within a sales team • Clinical expertise to support surgeons in the OR
