📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer retention and satisfaction • Work closely with other teams from the company and affiliate companies, to ensure seamless pre and post sales customer experience • Identify new business opportunities, actively participate in the planning and strategy execution on expanding the company's customer base • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system • Act as an ambassador for the company and its services, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner • Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping, Technology or a related field • Experience in the maritime industry and the related regulatory environment • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, as well as generate sales • Ability to act as an ambassador for the company, representing our brand and values • Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage workloads and set priorities effectively • Fluent in English • ** Great to have:** • Εxperience in B2B sales and/or Maritime SaaS sales • Understanding of maritime operators, crewing managers and DPA roles • Awareness of quality control systems and performance management frameworks
