📋 Description
• Develop and facilitate training sessions focused on the operation and maintenance (O&M) of heat pump HVAC systems • Design curriculum tailored to the needs of facilities staff • Deliver engaging training sessions that build operational confidence • Cover preventative maintenance, controls integration, and troubleshooting techniques
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and operations • Direct and hands-on experience operating and maintaining electrified HVAC systems • Familiarity with air-source, ground-source, or water-source heat pumps • Experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and heat pump chillers • Training and communication skills to develop instructional content
