âą Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Kotlin âą Work on microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and integrations âą Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards âą Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and architects âą Improve code quality through testing, reviews, and automation âą Troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced production environment âą Contribute to architectural design and technical decision-making
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of Kotlin development experience (or strong JVM background + Kotlin) âą Experience building scalable backend services and microservices âą Banking or financial services experience (payments, lending, risk, trading, etc.) âą Solid understanding of REST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and SQL/NoSQL databases âą Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) âą Strong grasp of secure coding, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in finance âą Experience with GraphQL is a Plus
