📋 Description

• Own post-sales technical onboarding: turn high-level use cases into detailed solution designs. • Map business processes → API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows. • Prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs. • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work. • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off docs. • Feed product & engineering with customer feedback and reusable templates. • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus). • 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS. • Comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…). • Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills. • Experience in writing your own agent Code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc) • Bachelor’s in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops).
