• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related technical discipline. • 15+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, solutions architecture, software/hardware development, product engineering, digital transformation, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering or technology organizations, including managers and senior technical professionals. • Demonstrated experience delivering integrated hardware and full-stack software systems from concept through deployment and lifecycle operations. • Strong experience translating business needs into user experiences, use cases, system requirements, product specifications, and technical roadmaps. • Experience with systems integration, distributed or embedded systems, cloud platforms, data and information systems, APIs, observability, cybersecurity, and production operations. • Experience applying agile, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and modern product development practices. • Proven record of leading complex, cross-functional programs with significant technical, organizational, and business impact. • Strong written, verbal, executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills. • Advanced degree in a relevant technical or business discipline is preferred. • Experience leading smart manufacturing, intelligent operations, industrial automation, digital engineering, connected products, or enterprise technology transformation. • Experience spanning operational technology and information technology environments. • Knowledge of edge computing, IoT, AI/ML-enabled applications, digital twins, robotics, advanced analytics, or other emerging smart-operations technologies. • Experience defining platform strategies, reference architectures, technology standards, and reusable solution frameworks. • Experience managing external technology partners, suppliers, research institutions, or academic collaborations. • Track record of building research-to-product pipelines and converting emerging technologies into business value. • Experience operating in a global, matrixed, and highly regulated technology environment.
