• Work strategically by analyzing KPIs and platform interactions to identify opportunities and potential churn scenarios, acting proactively rather than reactively. • Collaborate with other key areas to ensure a 360° view of the customer across the company. • Collaborate with Support, Product, Sales and Marketing teams. • Assist in customer support via email, chat and meetings. • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. • Support the creation of support materials, such as guides and FAQs. • Update records and information in CRM tools. • Focus on building relationships with customers so they trust you as a partner in their business. • Work on customer retention processes.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (from the 3rd semester onward) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields. • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Organized and attentive to detail. • Interest in customer experience. • Strong desire to learn and develop in the area of Customer Success. • Differentials: • Previous customer service experience. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot). • Knowledge of logistics or e-commerce.
