📋 Description

• Daily monitoring of operational orders and deliveries. • Proactive communication and ongoing follow-up with drivers and carriers to obtain delivery status updates. • Following up on status updates and required actions to ensure deliveries remain on schedule. • Identifying, monitoring, and resolving logistics incidents. • Reporting incidents, delays, deviations, and ongoing corrective actions to the client. • Monitoring delivery deadlines and identifying operational risks. • Participating in daily results and operational alignment meetings. • Preparing and sending daily reports on operational indicators, incidents, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable making phone calls and maintaining active communication with diverse stakeholders. • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously. • Proactive, agile, and able to prioritize urgent matters. • Basic knowledge of Excel. • Experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or delivery monitoring is a plus.
