📋 Description
• Manage a team of technicians in the region. • Monitor electronic timekeeping. • Schedule activities and coordinate access to client companies. • Request parts and monitor department performance indicators. • Manage service tickets from start to finish, from opening through closure.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma and residence in Goiânia, Goiás. • Experience managing service tickets, technical teams, and maintenance routines (experience as a Maintenance Planning and Control professional or Analyst is preferred). • Organized, communicative, and resilient profile. • 1 to 3 years of professional experience. • Availability for on-call shifts. • Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
