📋 Description

• Co-create the team’s goals and align them with the Tribe’s and Intelipost’s objectives; • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to identify solution hypotheses that can deliver the outcomes expected to reach those objectives; • Design and build simple, focused solutions that maximize impact; • Maintain a balance between speed and quality, managing technical debt wisely to remain effective and efficient in the mid/long term; • Prioritize outcomes over specialty or personal technical preferences, doing the best possible work in any situation; • Reinforce the team’s autonomy through commitment and collaboration; • Choose the best tool for the job without fixed technical answers, always valuing technical excellence; • Be responsible for sustaining results through monitoring and maintenance of services and systems;
