📋 Description
• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching for Intellect's clients • Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, etc. • Support employees in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals • Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs
🎯 Requirements
• Qualification: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification • Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) • Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours
