âą Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellectâs clients âą Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more âą Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
đŻ Requirements
âą Qualifications: âą - Counsellor: Minimum Master's Degree in Counselling / Counselling psychology with a minimum of 200-300 hours of counselling experience post qualification & practicum/ placement/ internship âą - Clinical Psychologist: Minimum Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 200-300 hours of Clinical/Therapy experience post qualification & practicum/ placement/ internship. âą - Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) âą - License under the Hellenic Psychological Society, the Greek Ministry of Health. âą - Proficiency in English and Greek âą - Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counselling, or coaching in managerial roles âą - Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
