• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients • Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, etc. • Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals • Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling • Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) • ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours • Fluency in English and German • Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
