📋 Description
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Canton-based applications using Daml. • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging in a Daml-based platform. • Translate client requirements into technical specifications and develop Daml smart contracts to meet these requirements. • Identify and resolve production and non-production application issues. • Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. • Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented development environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in programming languages (e.g., Scala or Haskell). • English level - Upper-intermediate and higher. • Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies and their applications within the financial sector. • Proficiency in relational database management systems and APIs. • Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and message queuing systems. • Experience using REST and GRPC for system integration. • Nice to Have: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Daml or similar smart contract languages. • Good understanding of Canton public and private networks. • Experience with functional programming. • Knowledge of other blockchain protocols (EVM-based). • Soft skills: Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies in the distributed ledger space. • Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player. • Self-motivated with excellent time management and task ownership. • Adaptability to dynamic and evolving environments. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
