📋 Description

• Conduct contract reviews to protect business interests and ensure compliance with relevant jurisdictions such as the UK, EU, and USA. • Evaluate contract risks and verify that agreements meet regulatory standards and industry best practices. • Provide efficient legal support for daily operations, including structuring and managing international transactions. • Review and update contract templates to align with evolving legal and regulatory requirements. • Assist with other legal matters related to corporate and contracts when needed. Oversee the internal approval process for vendor documentation. • Help prepare and update corporate documents, such as resolutions, PoAs, and statutory forms, and maintain corporate registers.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher legal education. • 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (preferably within an international group, IT, or similar business environment). • Practical experience in contract review and/or corporate law. Basic understanding of compliance principles (KYC, sanctions, GDPR). • Ability to review and draft standard contracts. • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Capacity to work across multiple jurisdictions and priorities. • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment. • English - Upper-Intermediate and higher. • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
