📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a flexible, modular design system and custom Gutenberg component library based on design specifications • Build custom landing page builders, modular homepage capabilities, and structured editorial category templates • Implement a “Shop the Story” headless Shopify experience for tagging product catalogs within editorial articles • Integrate membership application and contact forms with automated CRM lead routing and email marketing workflows using Attio and Klaviyo • Ensure full responsiveness, proper Schema.org markup, web performance optimization, and analytics tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with custom WordPress development (PHP 8.x), custom post types, custom taxonomies, and structured publishing workflows for editors • Deep expertise in developing modular custom Gutenberg blocks using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for scalable design systems/component libraries • Hands-on experience with headless Shopify catalog/cart implementations, shoppable product tagging within articles, and routing Shopify checkout through the WordPress front end • Practical experience with REST APIs/GraphQL and data flows between web forms, CRMs such as Attio, and email platforms such as Klaviyo • Strong understanding of Schema.org structured data, dynamic SEO tags, Core Web Vitals optimization, and GDPR/Cookie compliance implementations • Proficiency with Git, Composer, npm/webpack, CI/CD, and local development environments such as Docker, DDEV, or LocalWP • Upper-Intermediate English
