📋 Description

• Join our in-house design team focusing on creating clean, accessible, and intuitive interfaces. • Help guide both the Product and Front End teams, ensuring design decisions are consistent and user-focused. • Play a key role in shaping our design culture, embedding design thinking, collaboration, and attention to detail. • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to craft delightful and functional experiences. • Shape how users interact with Evergen's products every day.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, including 1+ years in product design. • Strong UX/UI skills, with expertise in visual design, layout, typography, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. • Proficient in Figma, with experience designing, prototyping, and working with or building design systems. • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, and the full design lifecycle. • Strong problem-solving skills, able to balance user needs with business goals to deliver practical, effective solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, comfortable guiding product and front-end teams and working in fast-paced, Agile environments. • Experienced creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other product deliverables. • Comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback. • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly explain design decisions. • Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions. • Experience conducting advanced user research, ethnographic studies, or A/B testing. • Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, or co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
