📋 Description

• Review weekly podcast recordings and video content to identify strong clips, hooks, and short-form opportunities • Create short-form video clips optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social platforms • Produce longer-form video cuts, mini-episodes, and episode highlight videos when needed • Add captions, subtitles, hook text, and on-screen text to approved clips • Create teaser videos, trailer-style assets, quote graphics, and simple carousel visuals • Organize and properly label finished assets for scheduling, publishing, and future use • Collaborate with the internal team to revise clips and creative assets based on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Video editing experience for short-form and long-form content • Familiarity with tools such as Riverside, Descript, CapCut, Premiere, OpusClip, Submagic, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of short-form social media video formatting and pacing • Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools • Ability to organize and manage digital assets efficiently
