📋 Description

• You design, architect, and lead the implementation of innovative CRM architectures — always with a focus on scalability, integrations, and delivering business value for our clients. • Develop the architecture for SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Engagement (CE), including extensions and customizations. • Lead and manage development teams: take technical ownership in projects and contribute your experience in code reviews, design decisions, and best practices. • Integrate Service Cloud V2 with other SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, BTP - CPI) and third‑party systems. • Develop solution concepts, prototypes (POC), and roadmaps. • Technical coaching and knowledge transfer: mentor colleagues and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, maintainable code. • Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and operability. • Support in pre-sales: assist in creating architectural drafts, effort estimates, and presentations for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Software Architect, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect, ideally with a focus on SAP cloud and CRM solutions and experience in the utilities sector. • Deep knowledge of SAP Service Cloud V2 (standard functionality, APIs, extension mechanisms). • Experience with SAP Customer Engagement / SAP CX and, ideally, experience in the utilities industry. • Solid experience with cloud architectures, in particular SAP BTP - CPI, microservices, API design, and integrations. • Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Node.js, or comparable platforms). • Strong conceptual and analytical skills — able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience with project management. • Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and willingness to take responsibility. • Very good German and good English skills.
