📋 Description

• Design and implementation of innovative solutions in SAP Customer Experience, SAP S/4HANA and SAP C/4HANA • Advising clients on the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Experience and hybrid sales platforms • Agile approach in development projects and use of modern planning tools for software development • Customizing and development of service and sales processes in SAP cloud solutions • Development of user-friendly interfaces in cloud and Fiori applications • Continuous professional development in the Customer Experience domain and application of new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification • Very good command of German and English • Experience in the organization and modeling of CRM processes • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP CRM and ABAP-OO (ideally with experience in Customer Experience projects) • Experience in system integration, particularly in cloud development • Familiarity with hybrid platforms (SAP and non-SAP products) • Experience developing user-friendly interfaces (e.g., Fiori)
