• Intergo Telecom Ltd is a leading telecommunications company, renowned for delivering cutting-edge messaging solutions. • Lead and optimize A2P SMS routing operations. • Shape routing strategies, manage a skilled team, and ensure high-quality message delivery to global customers. • Develop and implement effective A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Monitor and analyze SMS traffic flows to optimize delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through comprehensive data analysis. • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery. • Maintain and build relationships with international carriers and SMS partners. • Stay informed on evolving industry trends, technologies, and best practices in A2P messaging and routing. • Be part of the routing team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Knowledge of telecommunication networks and protocols. • Understanding of SMS industry regulations and guidelines. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
