📋 Description

• Qualifying opportunities and help perform needs assessment • Creating, delivering, and managing client presentations and proposals • Utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales processes • Partnering with sales Account Executives to upsell current customers • Developing go-to-market strategies • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts and identify opportunities • Delivering CCaaS and AI sales training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of CCaaS Direct Sales experience • Expertise in contact center management principals • Deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS vendors • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling • Knowledge of Unified Communication & Contact Center in the carrier space • Superior verbal/written communication skills • Comfortable with trade show contributions and speaker duties • Willingness and able to travel as needed (50% of the time)
