📋 Description

• Administer and optimize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). • Design and build custom applications using App Engine Studio and custom tables to support business-specific workflows. • Ability to create custom Configurable Workspaces to enhance user experience and tailor views by role or function. • Configure and manage roles, access controls, and workspace permissions. • Handle routine platform maintenance, including upgrades and patch management. • Translate functional and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. • Design, test, and implement workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and automation logic. • Maintain Performance Analytics, including KPIs, dashboards, and data visualizations. • Engage with business stakeholders from IT, HR, and other departments to gather and refine requirements. • Support user adoption through documentation, training, and workspace configuration. • Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and governance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development. • Proven expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and Strategic Portfolio Management modules. • Experience designing and building custom applications using App Engine Studio and custom tables. • Ability to create custom Configurable Workspaces for tailored role-based experiences. • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Flow Designer and platform APIs. • Demonstrated experience managing and building within Performance Analytics • Experience creating and managing custom dashboards and reporting • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services. • Experience leveraging Integration Hub to implement spokes for common use cases and streamline automation. • Familiarity with Agile project environments and ServiceNow governance best practices. • Ability to convert complex requirements into strategic and maintainable platform solutions. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required; Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
