📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert to the Deal team during due diligence • Analyse fixed assets and comment on suitability, longevity and quality of machinery • Compare commercial terms of contracts with sector benchmarks for Tier 1 aerospace subcontractors • Comment on products in the context of end-customer use • Conduct market analysis of Airbus, relevant aircraft programmes and UK footprint • Provide remote advice and support on an hourly/daily basis from September to October • Support selection/interview process when shortlisted by client via ICG

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in aerospace sector and familiarity with key players • Experience with due diligence for precision engineering or aerospace firms • Experience analysing fixed assets, machinery suitability and longevity • Experience evaluating commercial contracts for Tier 1 aerospace subcontractors • Knowledge of Airbus programmes and UK aerospace market footprint • Availability to work September–October (short-term engagement) • Must become a Member of ICG if not already (All Accredited Professional) • Submit APTs (resumes) by application close date (26th August 2025, 5 pm AEST)
