• Coordinate the development of funding proposals, concept notes, and partnership submissions, defining processes, timelines, and owners • Draft and coordinate proposals, concept notes, reports, and donor communications • Support proposal frameworks, templates, guidance materials, and quality assurance processes • Maintain visibility of active and upcoming funding opportunities and support prioritization • Conduct prospect research and relationship mapping for donor pipelines • Produce prospect research documents, donor profiles, and opportunity briefs • Monitor emerging funding opportunities and donor priorities • Prepare research, meeting materials, and tailored briefings for donor cultivation • Maintain a live grants tracker covering award terms, deadlines, reporting obligations, restrictions, and donor contacts • Coordinate internal donor reporting, gathering narrative and financial inputs and tracking review, sign-off, and submission • Collaborate with Communications on donor-facing messaging and storytelling • Support Advisory Council activities, including meetings, agendas, outreach, and member inquiries • Maintain fundraising and donor information in the CRM and related systems • Contribute to Salesforce optimization and fundraising systems, processes, and knowledge management improvements • Participate in team meetings and organizational planning • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Communications, and Program teams • Comply with IBP administrative and financial protocols, policies, and procedures
• Bachelor's degree required • At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, proposal development, business development, grants management, partnerships, or a related field • Experience having worked in fundraising in the international development, governance, democracy, rights and public finance sectors, with a focus on statutory and foundation donors • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders • Experience supporting institutional fundraising, donor engagement, or proposal development processes • Strong writing and editing experience, including drafting proposals, reports, or donor communications • Experience working with globally distributed teams is highly desirable • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex programmatic information into compelling donor-focused narratives • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines • Strategic and analytical thinking, particularly in identifying funding opportunities and supporting proposal development processes • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control • Proficiency with CRM systems and fundraising management tools • Ability to work effectively across global and multicultural teams • Adaptability, flexibility, and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
• Initial 1 year fixed-term contract, with view to renew subject to funding • Flexible/remote work arrangement • Salary payable in local currency, based on local markets and commensurate with experience • Occasional travel based on business requirements
