📋 Description
• Configure the integration between Salesforce and the DocuSign eSignature package • Debug processes in the Salesforce and FormAssembly integration • Update document templates for Conga Composer document creation and integration • Build workflows including: scheduled reminder emails to IBP staff, confirmation emails to partners, approval workflows for partner reports • Review and improve IBP’s use of the Salesforce Lightning platform • Implement configuration changes, support data cleanup, troubleshoot bugs, and provide user training
🎯 Requirements
• Salesforce configuration experience, including working with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP • Prior experience supporting nonprofit organizations • Familiarity with common nonprofit integrations (e.g., DocuSign, FormAssembly) • Experience with system configuration, external integration, and Salesforce workflows • Proficiency in English
