• Assist in IDA’s efforts to develop a Collective Impact backbone organization and workgroups within designated states • Recruit and assist with training of Collective Impact workgroup members for designated Collective Impact state(s) • Assist BCEC and Home Office Staff on the Collective Impact work and trends • Identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and solutions within the Collective Impact workflows • Serve as a conduit of information between working groups and steering committee • Provide recommendations to Steering Committee on materials needed to carry out Collective Impact activities within the state • Provide coaching support as needed to workgroup co-chairs • Develop annual report summarizing collective impact work - goals, key milestones, challenges, next steps
• Collective Impact or coalition building experience (preferred) • Strong administration and project management skills • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation, etc.) • Data collection experience (collecting, synthesizing, tracking, and documenting) • Accreditation, policy, and/or community engagement leadership experience • Experience forming and leading teams
