📋 Description
• responsible for the monitoring and supervision needed to carry out the Activities of Daily Living for the residents • areas of their responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Documentation, Behavioral Intervention, Teaching of Daily Living Skills, Supervision, Social Interactions, Communication, Home Maintenance, Interpersonal Relationship Skills, and Transportation to appointments and outings
🎯 Requirements
• Aged 18 and over • Enjoy helping others in a positive manner • Have empathy and active listening • Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal manner • Have great teamwork skills • Have a valid driver’s license • Diploma/GED preferred but not required • The successful candidate must be cleared by a MN DHS Background Study
