📋 Description

• Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Interra Brands • Contribute to internal governance policies • Assess company decisions with an eye toward supporting company strategy • Advise on legal matters with a lens on a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape • Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically • Partner with external parties on a range of legal matters • Analyze complex matters that cut across legal and business-related topics • Track key regulatory changes

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree with a law license in good standing in at least one state • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience practicing law, with experience in healthcare / data privacy, transactional law • Deep understanding of how legal issues affect entities in Interra Health’s industry • Ability to develop legal policies that aligns with the business goals • Ability to operate in a problem solving and consultative approach to support internal clients • Detail oriented in reviewing complex and/or lengthy contracts • Familiarity with technology license reviews and applications of AI regulations a plus
