📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform initiatives with full ownership of quality and documentation • Partner directly with stakeholders to define requirements and proactively communicate scope or technical impacts • Operate autonomously, escalating blockers with recommended solutions • Drive technical decisions and mentor peers on platform design and engineering best practices • Represent the engineering team confidently in cross-functional and stakeholder discussions
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with: • - Enterprise Data Warehouse platforms and/or Data Mesh architectures • - Strong experience with: • - Snowflake • - Snowflake UniStore • - dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud • - Dagster or Airflow • - Python • - Advanced SQL • - AWS and/or Azure • - GitHub Actions • **Location:** Canada (Canadian residents only)****Type:** Contract
