📋 Description

• Support INTERSPORT Digital GmbH in achieving measurable productivity gains through systematic automation • Build internal AI expertise and reduce reliance on external service providers • Identify and evaluate automation potential across key business processes • Own analysis, design and implementation of AI-powered processes in areas such as Customer Service, Operations, Content, Marketing and Finance • Develop small, standalone technical solutions • Design and deliver hands-on trainings and frameworks to enable colleagues • Ensure quality and scalability within internal AI community governance • Ensure compliance with security and data protection boundaries in collaboration with Legal & Security

🎯 Requirements

• Proven practical experience designing and implementing automations • Strong end-to-end process understanding • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, system integrations and LLM-based applications • Basic software engineering skills in Python and TypeScript • Experience with AWS services • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions • Experience building internal enablement programs • Strong communication and enablement skills • Basic understanding of AI governance and data protection • German and English at least B2 level
