• 🎯**About the role** • Are you a strategic sales leader passionate about **engineering services**?** We’re looking for a **Sales Manager – South & East Europe** to drive growth in Italy, France, Spain, and surrounding regions. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions. • 👉🏼 https://www.intertek.com/electrical/ • 🤝**What you’ll do** • - Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. • - Set and achieve revenue, margin, and profit targets, ensuring consistent delivery. • - Lead, coach, and empower the sales network — combining goal-oriented management with personal development and continuous improvement. • - Manage relationships with key customers, driving strategic agreements and long-term partnerships. • - Support the sales team in account management, providing guidance, tools, and frameworks for consistent performance. • - Oversee commercial initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment between customer needs and team execution. • - Collaborate with engineering and service teams to launch new offerings and drive cross-selling. • - Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance via CRM tools. • - Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and inform strategy. • - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 🎓**What we’re looking for ** • - Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • - 7–10 years of sales experience in **engineering or technical b2b services**, with team leadership and regional growth achievements. • - Proven track record in developing strategic sales plans and exceeding targets. • - Leadership style balancing performance management with coaching and people development. • - Strong technical understanding to translate engineering solutions into commercial value. • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • - Analytical, data-driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs and forecasting. • - Fluent in English and Italian. • - Willingness to attend meetings or work on-site at Intertek offices or client locations, when necessary.
