📋 Description

• Deliver a pre-structured Level 2 curriculum focusing on fundamental Python programming concepts • Facilitate collaborative group projects and manage evening classroom dynamics for adult learners • Provide essential pedagogical support to help learners gather, structure, and collate the evidence required for their accredited portfolios • Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and weekly progress

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Python • Solid understanding of foundational software development principles • Proven experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring adult learners, ideally within an accredited or structured training environment • Ability to guide learners on how to document their technical work to meet formal qualification standards • Willingness to undergo standard recruitment compliance checks, including a background check, prior to starting
