• Build relationships with current students and alumni to create a strong referral pipeline • Proactively identify referral opportunities within our learner ecosystem and convert them into warm leads • Work closely with Student Success, New Programs, Careers, and Academic Delivery teams • Maintain accurate referral data in the CRM, track referral stages, and follow up diligently • Effectively communicate program offerings and outcomes to referred prospects • Bring referral-related insights from alumni and students to internal teams to improve program quality and retention • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral-based enrollment targets
• 2-5 years in customer success, inside sales, community or alumni management, or referral marketing • Prior experience in ed tech, upskilling, or career transition programs is a big plus • Familiarity with Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems • Strong written and spoken communication skills
