📋 Description

• Define and own the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals. • Take over, enhance and mentor a high-performing analytics team and establish best practices in data governance, data quality, and analytics frameworks. • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify growth levers and efficiency opportunities. • Enable your team to translate complex data into business narratives, dashboards, and actionable recommendations and lead experimentation frameworks. • Analyze acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics to uncover conversion opportunities. • Work closely with engineering to ensure scalable data pipelines and architecture. • Evaluate and implement analytics tools and ensure organization-wide access to clean, reliable dashboards. • Drive the consolidation of disparate data sources into a unified data architecture, ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–14 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, ideally in B2C, EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Internet or Consulting Industries. • Prior experience in setting up or scaling an analytics function in a growing organization. • Proven track record in scaling data-driven strategy in fast-paced environments. • Business-first mindset with an ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels. • Experience managing multi-disciplinary analytics teams. • Should possess strong proficiency in AI-driven analytics platforms and methodologies.
