📋 Description

• Deliver official Microsoft courseware in live, instructor-led formats (virtual and in-person as needed) • Train enterprise professionals on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools • Design and adapt training content to match the learning needs and skill levels of diverse enterprise audiences • Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world use case scenarios • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback aligned with Microsoft certification pathways • Stay current with the latest Microsoft product updates, courseware revisions, and certification changes • Collaborate with IK’s curriculum and delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency of training outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status in good standing • Minimum 2 relevant Microsoft certifications in your area of expertise • Should have experience working with Azure Labs • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments • Proven experience delivering instructor-led training (corporate, academic, or self-organised) • Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for mixed audiences • Familiarity with virtual training delivery tools (Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms)
