• Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform and create an enjoyable candidate experience • Evaluate candidates' fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, coding style, communication skills, and coding approach • Provide objective evaluations and input on candidate performance, knowledge question answers, and coding approach • Create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias and improving hiring signals • Partner with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms) • Resumes must be submitted in English • Candidates must be located in countries accepted on Karat's website (applications limited to listed countries)
