• Facilitate technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform • Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge • Provide objective evaluations of candidates' performance, coding style, communication, knowledge answers, and coding approach • Mitigate bias and improve hiring signals to create inclusive hiring processes • Partner with Karat to test content, processes, and products • Work compensated based on tasks performed as a contractor/freelancer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms) • Resumes must be submitted in English • Applicants must be located in and eligible to work in countries accepted on Karat's website • This is a contractor/freelancer opportunity (work compensated based on tasks performed)
