📋 Description

• Build the Journey 1 AI agent using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph • Design and implement state machines, prompts, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms based on the agreed conversation design • Integrate the agent with the mini-orchestrator platform and OTP verification flow • Integrate AI agents with external systems and APIs using tool-calling capabilities • Lead system and integration testing activities • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified defects • Ensure reliable agent behavior through validation, error handling, and fallback strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building LLM-based conversational agents using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph • Proven expertise in Prompt Engineering, guardrails design, and fallback strategies • Experience integrating AI agents with external APIs through tool-calling frameworks • Solid understanding of conversational AI architecture and orchestration patterns • Experience designing customer-facing AI solutions for regulated environments • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) or higher • Experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries (nice to have) • Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (nice to have) • Knowledge of AI testing, evaluation, and quality assurance practices (nice to have)
